Our previous partner for IT services became a larger entity due to acquisition. The personalisation and advice very quickly became substandard. What was previously a well-managed approach to our day to day requirements, became a very layered process to achieve a solution. Having to continue to follow up, to many contact points who were unfamiliar with our business continued to delay answers and solving our requests. The provider ended its support, providing only 30 days notice. We felt very vulnerable given the time frame to partner with a new provider.
Since partnering with Iconic we have experienced great feedback, analytics and considered advice to our needs. We have upgraded certain aspects to our systems that we unaware of our vulnerability from the previous provider. Iconic has taken a measured approach, taking over the support without suggesting complete upheaval, but offered advice in a set by step approach.
The change to Iconic has been seamless from our perspective. Paul has worked diligently to move us across without any disruption.
Having the personalised contact with Iconic is a welcome change. Regular reporting, systems overview and recommendations to improve have been a great improvement to the previous provider. I would recommend Iconic to similar sized business as ourselves or smaller.
